Ravioli with kielbasa and tomatoes

I made this up, and it turned out pretty good. It's very simple: olive oil, garlic, kielbasa, ravioli, spinich, diced tomatoes, basil. Stir fry and serve with fresh grated parmasan cheese.

A very colorful and pretty presentation.

Looks like you are quite adventurous with trying "western" food like kielbasa, fennel etc. I still stick a lot to Chinese food. Can't help it!

No choice. My husband puts all Asian food in the same category. Say we had Thai one day, and I want Japanese the next, he'll say, "But we just had Asian food!" Pastas are quite easy, like fried rice--very leftover friendly.

I just made this. Fantastic! Instead of fresh tomatoes I used a can of diced tomatoes mixed with two tablespoons of jam. Thanks!
